FINANCE MANAGER
Bellville, Western Cape

A well-established agricultural business in the citrus and table grape industry is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to join their head office team in Bellville.
Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, process improvement, and operational support across the business.

     
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage financial reporting, compliance, and statutory requirements


• Drive financial process automation and system improvements


• Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools


• Support funding applications, lender reporting, and board reporting


• Lead and mentor finance staff across operational units


• Oversee ad hoc finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
