This position is 4 days a week in office (Dallas, TX).

Responsibilities:

• Support buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements by analyzing financial performance, operating trends, and transaction-related risks.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate earnings quality, working capital trends, cash flow drivers, and key business metrics.
• Partner with management teams to gather information, assess financial results, and identify areas of risk and opportunity.
• Prepare detailed due diligence reports and presentations that summarize findings, key insights, and transaction considerations for clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1-4 years in public accounting (Audit, Advisory, or Tax)
• CPA or 4/4 parts passed
• Strong interest in transaction/deal advisory work
