Financial Customer Service Representative – Contract to Hire

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our client's team as Financial Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will interact in person and over the phone with customers in a high-volume environment, providing support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through processes step-by-step. Success in this position requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Location: Minneapolis, MN OR Las Vegas, NV - Hybrid 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

Duration: 3–6 Month Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST

Pay Rate: $19.00 to $20.00/hr (W2) depending on experience
