Your role and work environment

We are looking to add a talented and enthusiastic Financial Crime Prevention Expert – Business Banking (BuBA) to our COE Team of the Financial Crime Prevention Tribe. The team drives the end‑to‑end design and continuous improvement of Financial Crime Prevention processes, translating regulatory requirements into clear, scalable standards and controls.

In this role you will be key to the successful expansion of ING Spain into the Business Banking segment. You will lead the effective implementation, adaptation and ongoing ownership of existing FCP processes in the BuBA environment, acting as the FCP COE reference for Business Banking and ensuring alignment with ING standards while managing the specific risks of corporate and business clients.
