Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the finance department, including performance, workload allocation and team development.
Oversee day-to-day cash flow, liquidity management and group funding requirements.
Manage the month-end and year-end close process across multiple entities.
Prepare and review group consolidations, management accounts and financial reporting.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis process.
Oversee VAT, PAYE, provisional tax, company tax and statutory compliance across the group.
Manage the external audit process and maintain a strong internal control environment.
Support the CFO with board reporting, financial analysis and strategic decision-making. Minimum Requirements
CA(SA) registered with SAICA (essential).
