We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team to ensure the accuracy, integrity and compliance of financial information flowing through our organisation. This is a broad role offering you a combination of responsibilities from core finance processes, leading the operational relationship with external auditors while maintaining robust internal controls, policies and governance arrangements. We have also recently implemented a new ERP system, Iplicit, and this is ready to be handed over to your stewardship to embed and optimise across our organisation. We are looking for a Financial Controller to act as our control guardian, ensuring strong audit readiness, effective risk management and consistent application of financial disciplines. If you are a strong leader with extensive experience of managing, mentoring and coaching teams mixed with a passion for process, procedures and continual improvement, this could be a fantastic role for you.
