Overview

We are recruiting for one of our key clients in the Manchester area, for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the financial management, control, and regulatory reporting of the business in line with UK regulatory requirements. The role ensures compliance with PRA and FCA standards, maintaining robust financial controls, and supporting the Board in safeguarding assets and ensuring financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial management & reporting: prepare accurate monthly management accounts and annual statutory financial statements in line with UK GAAP (FRS 102).


• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.


• Monitor financial performance, including capital adequacy, liquidity, and loan portfolio performance.
