A growing Leeds-based manufacturing business is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and support the senior leadership team as the company continues to scale. What you’ll be doing

Finance Team Leadership - Manage and develop a small finance team, ensuring month-end and weekly routines run smoothly.

Management Accounts - Produce accurate monthly accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and commentary for the senior team.

Cashflow Management - Oversee daily cashflow across multiple bank accounts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
