            Job Responsibilities  Build and maintain a strong clientele database 
Conduct fact-finding interviews to identify clients’ financial objectives 
Analyse client data to recommend suitable financial strategies 
Deliver tailored insurance and investment solutions to meet clients’ unique needs 
Establish and maintain long-term client relationships through periodic reviews and follow-ups 
Provide sound financial advice while adhering strictly to compliance and regulatory requirements 
Actively engage potential customers to expand the customer base 
Participate in structured training and mentorship programs to support career progression 
Leverage a proven performance-based framework with stable monthly payouts 
 Requirements  GCE ‘A’ Level with passes 
International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, or 
Polytechnic Diploma awarded in Singapore or equivalent
