Responsible for accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting, accounting operations, and tax management.
Accounting Operations:
- Review and ensure completeness of billing details
- Oversee collections and resolve outstanding receivables
- Initiate issuance of credit memos
- Reconcile intercompany transactions regularly
- Monitor related party transactions
- Prepare consolidated ManCom reports with variance analysis
- Generate quarterly and annual financial reports for SEC & PSE submission
- Develop consolidated budget reports and financial presentations for ManCom, AuditCom, and the Board
- Coordinate with auditors for timely completion of audits
Tax Management:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of tax returns
- Compute and prepare quarterly and annual income tax returns
