Diaplous Maritime Services is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Assistant to join our Finance Department.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in ensuring the smooth functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record invoices, payments, and financial transactions
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and account monitoring
  • Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets
  • Maintain and organize financial documentation and records
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners as required
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks
