Finance Planning and Analysis Lead

We’re looking for a Finance Planning and Analysis Lead to join us at Telia. We’re a supportive, forward‑thinking team focused on driving financial performance, transparency, and data‑driven decision‑making across Telia Finland.

What you’ll do

• Develop and drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance follow‑up processes across Telia Finland
• Create insights, reporting, and analytics to improve profitability and support data‑driven decisions
• Consult and collaborate with country leadership and finance teams on financial performance and growth initiatives
• Support monthly closing activities and contribute to strategic projects and assignments

What will help you thrive in this role

• Proven experience in FP&A or similar finance roles (minimum 5+ years)
