- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports in the following areas together with FAS Manager and Japanese CPA (Certified Public Accountants); + Financial & Tax Due Diligence + Financial valuations of businesses and assets (both tangible and intangible assets) under the income approach (discounted cash flows), market approach (multiples), and cost approach + Purchasing Price Allocation (“PPA”) We may collaborate withan outside valuation company + Post-Merger Integration (“PMI”) + IFRS advisory + Internal Control advisory / Internal Audit + Transfer Pricing documentation - Based on instruction by FAS Manager, depends on situation of on-going projects & staff task allocation. - Work closely with clients/ target management to understand their business / their expectation and reflect them into our report - Instruct subordinate to let them perform procedures for preparing each report
