Job Description

• Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and leads.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Explain policy features, coverage, and premiums to clients in a clear and simple manner.
• Process applications, handle renewals, and update client records.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting with claims and coverage questions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
• Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and licensing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance laws and company policies.
• At least college graduate.
• With 1 year working experience preferred.
• Proven sales or customer service experience; insurance experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
