Financial Accountant - 8-Month Contract

Our client, one of South Africa's FMCG favourites, is looking for a Financial Accountant for an 8-month contract position at their office in Pinetown.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Performance Areas:

• Review of supporting documents and releasing of online payments
• Assisting with preparation of the interim and year-end financial statements
• Assisting with preparation of supporting workings to the financial statement process
• Assisting with technical research - IFRS matters
• Assisting with the IFRS 9 workings
• Assisting with the IFRS 16 workings
• Assisting with preparation of banking covenant calculations
• Assisting with Investor relation queries
• Provide support to the group treasury function
