Financial Accountant

Our international client, operating within the engineering solutions industry, currently seeks to appoint a Financial Accountant to join their growing team in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. In this role, you will manage and control all reporting (monthly and yearly) and work in collaboration with all areas of finance in reviewing, scrutinising, and developing effective systems, controls and process flow.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manual processing of receipts from bank statements to SAP B1
• Capture Cashbook Journals and truck invoices on SAP B1
• Preparation and compilation of Weekly Cash Forecast
• Update Amortisation Tables
• Capture and pay suppliers
• Preparation of Debtor recons
• Update Credit Committee Minutes, Legal Debtor Spreadsheet, credit Summary Spreadsheet
• Update and Prepare the Debt vs Capital Spreadsheet
