Finance Team Lead

• Location: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days a week) | Downtown Nanaimo, BC
• Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is between $95,000 - $115,000 CAD. The final salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
• Perks: Onsite Parking, Benefits + 3 Weeks Vacation
• Reports to: General Manager

Onboarding & Workspace Expectations

• The Foundation (First 3–6 Months): To fully immerse yourself in our unique SaaS billing cycles, proprietary software, and multi-company workflows, you will work full-time from our downtown Nanaimo office.
• Long-Term Flexibility: Once you are fully up to speed and workflows are optimized, we can look to transition to a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days per week on-site.
