About the Role:

The Finance Systems Team Leader is responsible for leading the delivery of effective and efficient support for the Council’s finance systems, ensuring high standards of service performance, system availability and continuous improvement. The role contributes to the development and implementation of ICT and system strategies, leading on technical projects and engaging with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into effective system solutions. The post holder manages and develops a specialist team, oversees system configuration, maintenance and enhancement, and acts as a key escalation point for complex issues.
