The Finance Supervisor is responsible for supporting the timely and accurate delivery of complex accounting activities and financial analysis used by management to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply finance and accounting principles to accounting activities related to the Business Unit’s financial and operational planning and reporting, as directed by the BU Controller and DVP Finance.Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (USA).Perform month-end financial close, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and account analysis.Assist with uploading data to the HFM corporate reporting system.Support preparation of monthly management reports, including schedules, worksheets, and narratives.Prepare Budget vs. Actual variance analysis, track and document significant variances.Prepare daily and monthly financial reports of key business indic...
