The Mission

This is a 360-degree role. You aren't just doing the books; you are building the financial infrastructure of a modern global trading entity. Your day-to-day will involve:

• ERP Evolution: Taking the lead on the configuration and adaptation of Odoo, ensuring the system scales as the business grows.

• Total Financial Ownership: Managing the full accounting cycle?from daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations to the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts.

• Global Compliance: Navigating the complexities of both Swiss and EU VAT, corporate tax filings, and pension administration.

• Operational Backbone: Supporting the business across multiple functions, including HR administration (employment contracts, permit applications) and IT coordination.
