In order to be considered the following is required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting , or related field Professional qualification (e.g., CA(SA) , ACCA, CIMA) preferred 5 –10 years of finance experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing Strong experience in financial operations, reporting, and supply chain finance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Knowledge of FMCG dynamics (high volume, low margin, fast turnover) Excellent stakeholder management and communication Strong understanding of working capital and cost management Shared services – intercompany knowledge Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting Working capital improvements (DSO, DPO, inventory turnover) Cost savings and margin improvements Forecast accuracy Process efficiency and automation gains Responsibilities: Financial Operations & Report...
