Finance Officer (System Maintenance & Access Rights) Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: Up to $4,200 per month
Location: King George Avenue, Singapore
Period: 2‑year contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
Responsibilities - Monthly, quarterly and yearly review of user access for various systems.
- Preparation of files for approval.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve system interfaces between collection systems, accounting systems, banks and other related systems (e.g., donation, volunteer, user access and procurement systems).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree related to Finance and at least two years of experience in IT systems, Finance Officer or Accountant roles; or
- More experience in a relevant accounting field may also be considered.
