Hire Resolve’s client is currently looking for a highly experienced and skilled Finance Manager to join their team and lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our company’s financial strategy, planning, and budgeting processes to ensure the organization’s financial health and stability.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the operational financial activities of the company, including tax compliance. Control the company’s financial resources and ensure that all financial transactions, systems, and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards. Ensure compliance is in line with the company’s requirement to have a level 5 B-BBEE rating. Analyse the company’s financial indicators to forecast its short, medium, and long-term cash flow position. Analyse required procurement spend and other B-BBEE level 5 spend and compliance. <...
