We are urgently looking for a highly experienced Finance Manager to join our growing Roasters team in the UAE.

We are seeking a strong, hands‑on finance professional who can lead financial operations in a fast-paced hospitality and F&B environment .

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience in the UAE
• At least 5 years of proven experience in F&B / hospitality finance within the UAE (mandatory)
• Experience in 5-star hotels or established restaurant group operations is required
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Comprehensive cash flow management and cost control (including food cost analysis)
• Leadership and supervision of finance and accounting functions
