* Responsible for management of a small team* Responsible for oversight and day to day Bookkeeping for all group companies* Oversight of Bank reconciliation undertaken by the team (Weekly and Monthly)* Monthly Payroll for group companies & Journals* Oversee month end and adhoc runs (Checks and queries and disputes) * Management of financial processes* Workload distribution between team members to meet account deadlines each month* Oversee purchase ledger, sales ledger, and Debtor & credit control functions* Manage CIS administration and subcontractor payments
