About the role

As a Finance Function Support Manager, you will take ownership of the delivery, quality, and profitability of a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring the team delivers a premium partnering service.
You will lead the delivery of managed finance function services across a portfolio of clients, with responsibility for accounting operations, management reporting, and driving improvements in finance processes. In addition to your client-facing work, you will support the development of the team through coaching and performance management, and build strong internal relationships across service lines to champion our solution. You will also serve as a key technical resource, providing guidance on complex accounting matters, responding to client queries, and ensuring compliance with relevant reporting standards.
