• Prepare and file BIR compliance documents and tax returns (monthly, quarterly, annually), including Compensation and Expanded Withholding Tax, VAT Sales and Purchases, Income Tax Returns (ITR), QAP, SAWT, encoding and eSubmission of VAT Relief and eSales reports.
• Process and reconcile petty cash and bank transactions.
• Review and verify daily vouchers before forwarding to finance for funding.
• Monitor accounts such as disbursement vouchers, journal entries, and ledgers.
• Prepare BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Withholding Tax) and send it to suppliers.
