This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strong profitability, compliance, and lender relationships across the dealership group.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, ethical, and performance-driven with a strong understanding of dealership finance operations, lender programs, and team leadership.
This individual must work closely with sales leadership and dealership staff to ensure smooth deal flow, timely funding, and a consistent customer experience.
