Lead a project to eliminate historic inter‑company balances, except those required to remain for regulatory or other commercial reasons.
Develop a process and policy to document such balances and settle or offset them appropriately.
Lead a multidisciplinary project team consisting of finance and other stakeholders, including legal where necessary, to obtain data, execute transactions and prepare documentation.
Collaborate with a network of long‑standing advisors familiar with the organization’s operations.
Travel as required, including to Houston, TX and other locations, to work with local accounting teams and report to senior finance leadership.
What You Will Need:
