Operating across several UK locations, the business has a strong track record of growth and is now looking to further strengthen its financial leadership to support the next phase of expansion.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the finance function while playing a key role in shaping business strategy. This is a broad and hands-on positionbining strategic leadership with operational involvement. Key responsibilities will include:
Acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insight to drive performance and growth
Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes
Overseeing the production of monthly management accounts and board reporting
