            Finance Director – Asset Management / Real Estate  Responsibilities  Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial planning across real asset portfolios. 
Provide strategic financial insights to support investment decisions and portfolio optimisation. 
Present performance updates and recommendations to senior management, investment committee, and investors. 
Manage liquidity, cashflow, and banking relationships across funds and investment entities. 
Lead debt financing, refinancing, hedging, and capital structure optimisation. 
Support fundraising, co-investment structuring, and investor due diligence processes. 
Ensure accurate and timely statutory, management, and investor reporting under IFRS/SFRS. 
Oversee audits, tax compliance, regulatory filings, and internal controls.
