Salary

£26,938 - £28,609 plus up to £2,000 performance‑related bonus per annum, once established within your role.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00‑17:30, 1 in 3 Saturday 09:00‑17:30. Hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days in the office (you may come in more frequently if you wish) and rotating shift patterns to support work‑life balance.
