Roles and Responsibilities
Someone into the Finance Business Partner role partnering any function like Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance, Category Finance etc. The Candidate should have experience in Variance Analysis, Zero Based Budgeting, Financial Modelling, Pricing, Capex evaluation, Forecasting and budgeting, Validating & controlling. Understand the COST Construct ( Material + NMSCC)/ Key Financial metrics. FMCG/ Consumer Durables industry Experience will have a preference. Softer skill - Excellent Communication & presentation skills. from FMCG sector (ITC,Nestle India Ltd, Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Colgate-Palmolive,PepsiCo,Tata Consumer Products Limited, Reckittetc) or candidates having high exposure in the FMCG sector (who have worked with Banking/ Consulting with FMCG clients).
