Position Overview

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner – FP&A to support financial planning and provide insights that help drive business performance. This role focuses on translating financial data into meaningful insights, working closely with operations, and supporting decision-making in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights on key variances and trends
• Partner with operations teams to understand business drivers (e.g., headcount, utilization, costs)
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and operational planning
