Overview

TikTok is seeking an excellent Finance Company Companion that will be a crucial factor to TikTok's continued success internationally. This role is based out of our Dubai office. The brand-new hire will play an important role in assisting with the organization decisions as well as will work as a critical partner to the key international functions such as Content Partnerships, Programs, Advertising and Marketing, and Security. The brand-new hire will be a specific contributor for the time being as well as in the future will have a good opportunity to increase their role as the team expands.

Obligations

• Give critical support and advice to senior finance managers and function heads;
• Support teams to perform the Financial Planning process of the key features: create near-term and long-term budget strategies, monitor budget usage over planning durations, perform variance analyses, and update the budget/forecast periodically;
