Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Administration Manager and School Administration Team.
  • Assist with finance processes, including payments, collections, and School Management Committee (SMC) accounts.
  • Update students' CCA and CIP achievements in the school system.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including inventory monitoring, counter services, committee support, filing, and documentation.
  • Support finance and administrative operations for the school hostel.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Administration Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or higher.
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience in a school environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
