As a Finance Administrator your responsibilities are:


  • Provide administrative support as needed

  • Manage accounts payable and ensure accurate invoice processing

  • Execute payments and liaise with banking partners

  • Follow up on approvals and maintain financial workflows

  • Support fund operations including capital movements and reporting





A successful Finance Administrator should have:


  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting or administration

  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French

  • Strong attention to detail and structured way of working

  • Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability

  • Motivated to grow in a demanding, high-performance environment
