Job Description (JD)

  • Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and journals on a regular basis.
  • Process payments, invoices, receipts, and expense vouchers in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports and statements for management review.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for financial data and clarifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related field (preferably B.Com).
  • Diploma in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage.
