Key Responsibilities

• AP Management – Handle supplier invoices and employee expenses; organize payment proposals, reconcile supplier accounts, and resolve billing issues.
• Collections – Issue invoices, track customer balances, support collection efforts, and prepare aging reports.
• General Accounting – Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, maintain balance sheet schedules, and support month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Fixed Assets – Manage asset additions, disposals, depreciation, and period‑to‑period audits of the fixed asset register.
• Audit Support – Assist with VAT/Intrastat filings, prepare data for tax returns, and aid in internal and external audits to maintain compliance.
