Southern Star Technician Opportunity Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour. 50 upon completion of training. We have a guaranteed hourly rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills. If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don't bring you to the guaranteed hourly rate, we will increase your pay.
