Job Description
Under the general direction of the manager of ITSM Desktop Team, the Field Support Associate, with some latitude for decision making, will ensure locations of IT equipment are effectively maintained to service the developments community. In addition, selected candidate will liaise between development and IT to assist with recommendations for equipment purchases and services.
The Field Support Associate will also support devices used by the staff in central office, field office, and public housing development location, as well as those provided by NYCHA for use by residents in Digital Vans, Community Centers, or other resident-facing locations.
The responsibilities of the Field Support Associate for the IT Service Management Department will include but are not limited to the following.
