YYC General Manager and Operations Directors (Owners) Job Summary The Field Supervisor is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring All Star Landscaping’s landscaping and snow removal operations achieve strong production rates, consistent quality control, and effective training

across all field teams. This role requires exceptional time management, adaptability, and accountability. The Field Supervisor oversees multiple crews and job sites, ensures projects are properly resourced, and confirms work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. In addition, this role plays a key part in onboarding, training, and developing team members while protecting company assets, customer relationships, and All Star Landscaping’s reputation.
