About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer Level 2 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support and service to clients in the field, ensuring optimal performance of our equipment and systems. The position requires a proactive approach, strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel within the UK (anywhere between Manchester and Carlisle). The working week is 4 days, with a weekend call‑out rota (1 in 4).
