We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer Level 2 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our clients in the field. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and systems, addressing any issues that arise, and delivering solutions that meet our customers' needs. This position requires a proactive approach, strong problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Working a 4‑day week and a weekend call‑out rota (1 in 4).
