Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration, verification, etc.
Preventive Maintenance / Calibration for all level equipment
Installation of equipment
Attend to break-fix and customer technical issue
Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfaction
Interact with customers’ technical teams
Develop customer's staff by providing technical training
Self-Improvement initiatives: Commitment to complete assessment and training plan within timeline
What You Need to Succeed
Mandatory:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical) / Science (Chemistry/Physics) or related field
At least 2-3 years working experience in a Service environment
