Field Service Technician Working Location: Jurong West Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 5.15 pm, Sat, 8.30 am - 12.30 pm) Salary Package:

Scope of Responsibilities: Report to the Service Manager regarding on-site repairs and/or pm jobs. Coordinate with customers on site arrival, departure and ensure that equipment are operating well before leaving the site ensure that necessary work are completed satisfactorily before seeking customers' acknowledgement on the service job sheet and keep work area clean. Ensure that on-site work safety requirements are complied with at all times. Understand daily work targets, completed jobs and/or sales of parts. Assist in ad-hoc projects, when necessary.
