Field Service Technician required in Brackenfell, Cape Town.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site fault finding, maintenance, and servicing of irrigation automation and control systems.
• Install, configure, test, and commission new automation, control, and pump motor control systems.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on installed systems and products.
• Assist with the production, assembly, and troubleshooting of control panels.
• Manage and track stock, equipment, and materials allocated for client projects.
• Provide telephonic technical support to clients when required.
• Travel extensively to client sites and respond to operational requirements outside normal working hours when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, stock usage, and client interactions.
