Role: Field Service Technician

About the role

As the Field Service Technician for Carrier, you’ll be responsible for establishing professional expertise in New Equipment Modernization, maintaining project schedule updates, reporting, and acting as the primary contact with customers. You will resolve customer issues and, when necessary, elevate more complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all refrigeration equipment, troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
• Manage all allocated Service Sites, operate various chiller types, and oversee maintenance activities for technicians.
• Monitor resources, ensure optimal utilization, support equipment work, perform calculations, and implement HVAC plans.
• Evaluate approvals for new/revised maintenance jobs, monitor work instructions, maintain deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders.
