Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Field Services & Onsite Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support at client locations. This role involves onsite and remote support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring reliable IT operations with a strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support at client locations (travel up to 120 miles)
- Install, configure, image, and support Windows & macOS systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and AV issues
- Perform “hands & feet” support for network installations and testing
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors
- Manage IT assets, inventory, hardware refresh, and depot operations
- Deliver VIP/executive support as needed
- Update and resolve tickets within SLA, maintaining low backlog
