Are you a Senior Field Service Engineer or Engineering Supervisor looking to step into a leadership role while still remaining hands-on, with excellent earning potential and real influence over a small engineering team?

On offer is a unique opportunity to join a growing materials handling business in a hybrid role combining technical expertise with team leadership. You will spend the majority of your time in the field (around 70%), while also mentoring engineers, supporting complex diagnostics, and helping drive team performance.
